Our artists come from various cultural and artistic backgrounds but all live and work in Australia. We love to support local artists and give them a fair deal, whilst also being passionate about reducing our global foot print by only selling locally within Australia and the Pacific.
We are always on the lookout for talented artists and artisans to feature in our gallery and gift shop. If you are a creator of unique, handcrafted goods such as jewellery, ceramics, textiles, or an artist with original, high-quality artwork, we would love to consider representing you. We're sorry to hear about your damaged purchase! At Kapeesh Artisan Gallery & Gifts, we take great care in packaging and shipping our artisan products. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. Please contact us immediately with in 48 hours of receiving the item, with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund, per our return and exchange policy. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to making sure that your experience with Kapeesh is a positive one.
Firstly we apologise for any inconvenience, all of our pieces are sent out by the artists themselves. Please contact our us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know about the issue. You can reach out to us via email: info@kapeesh.com.au or by phone 0402 405 844. We will work to quickly resolve the issue and arrange for the correct order to be shipped to you or provide a refund or store credit, depending on your preference. We will require that the incorrect item to be returned, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to making things right for you.
